1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at file-summitcore.click or booking a session with File Summit Core Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

File Summit Core provides in-person education sessions related to offline cryptocurrency wallet setup, review, and backup practices. Our services are educational in nature. We do not custody, manage, or transfer cryptocurrency on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking and Payment

Session bookings require a deposit as described on our Rates page. Full payment is due before the session begins. We accept bank transfer and card payment at our office. Prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, session materials, and checklists — is owned by File Summit Core Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Session materials provided to you are for personal use only.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time with required materials
  • Safeguarding your own seed phrases and wallet credentials
  • Making your own decisions regarding cryptocurrency holdings
  • Providing accurate contact information

We will never ask you to share your seed phrase via email, phone, or messaging apps.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, File Summit Core Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, device failure, or third-party attacks
  • Decisions you make based on educational information provided during sessions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. No Warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the security of your wallet setup after you leave our office, as security depends on ongoing practices we cannot control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulsan, South Korea.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
