Everything you need to know before arriving for your offline wallet review session in Ulsan.
Before Your Visit
What to Bring
- Your hardware wallet (sealed or initialized)
- A charged laptop or smartphone (for firmware updates only — we do not connect to your wallet software remotely)
- A notebook and pen for your own notes
- Any existing backup materials (paper sheets, steel plates) in a sealed envelope
- A written list of questions
What Not to Bring
- Digital photos or screenshots of your seed phrase
- USB drives with wallet backup files
- Expectations of investment or tax advice
Office Location

Our office is on the second floor of the Sample-ro business building, accessible by elevator. Look for the File Summit Core nameplate beside the door. Street parking is available on Sample-ro; the nearest bus stop is Sample-ro 3-gil, a three-minute walk.
