Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for education sessions booked with File Summit Core Co., Ltd.

Cancellation by Client

More than 48 hours before session

  • Full refund of any deposit or prepayment
  • No cancellation fee

24 to 48 hours before session

  • 50% refund of deposit
  • Remaining 50% retained as a rescheduling credit valid for 60 days

Less than 24 hours before session

  • No refund
  • Deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days, subject to availability

No-shows

Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice forfeit their deposit. No refund is issued.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice: no fee
  • Rescheduling with 24–48 hours notice: one free reschedule per booking; subsequent changes incur a ₩20,000 administrative fee
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: treated as a cancellation (see above)

Cancellation by File Summit Core

If we cancel your session due to practitioner illness, office closure, or other circumstances on our end, you receive:

  • A full refund of all payments, or
  • Priority rescheduling at no additional cost

We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.

Refund Eligibility After Session Completion

Sessions are generally non-refundable once completed. Exceptions may be considered if:

  • The session did not cover the topics listed in the service description
  • The session ended significantly early (more than 20 minutes) without client agreement

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session date with specific details. We review each case individually.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed sessions
  • Corporate workshop materials prepared in advance
  • Third-party interpreter fees (if arranged on your behalf)
  • Deposits forfeited due to no-show

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • A session is cut short due to circumstances on our end
  • A bundle session is cancelled after one of two sessions has been completed (remaining session value refunded minus a ₩30,000 administrative fee)

Refund Process

  1. Email contact@file-summitcore.click with your name, session date, and reason for the refund request
  2. We respond within 3 business days with a decision
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer or card reversal)

Deposits

The standard deposit is 30% of the session fee, with a minimum of ₩50,000. Deposits secure your appointment slot and are applied toward the total session fee.

Work Already Started

For corporate workshops where we have prepared custom materials before cancellation, we may retain up to 40% of the total fee to cover preparation costs.

Purchased Materials

We do not sell hardware wallets or backup plates directly. If we recommend products for purchase from third parties, those transactions are subject to the seller’s return policy, not ours.
